What exactly is a Proxy Marriage?
Proxy relationships occurs when one or both of the functions into the wedding are not physically provide for any wedding service. At these times, the missing party is typically represented by some other person. A double proxy wedding would happen when neither party on the marriage try literally present at the ceremony.
- Military services, mostly whenever one-party are deployed on active duty and stationed in a remote venue;
- Imprisonment;
- Vacation restrictions;
- The happy couple lives in a legislation which forbids her legal matrimony; and
- Some other circumstances in which a couple of would like to be hitched, but one or both couples cannot literally sign up for a service.
