Your team
Invesco’s Senior Secured Management team is an institutional manager of global private credit. Managed assets include broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, distressed credit and opportunistic credit managed via commingled and separately managed institutional accounts, retail mutual funds, CLOs and an ETF.

Do you have a passion for credit analysis and learning more about the leveraged finance and high yield bond markets? This 6-month internship will give you some phenomenal exposure to the analysis of investment opportunities and to making well researched and considered investment recommendations. You’ll work closely with the team to assist in the preparation of credit proposals to include company and industry analysis, capital structure analysis, cash flow projections, evaluation of collateral adequacy, management, lead lender and sponsor quality. In addition, you’ll assist with the ongoing monitoring and review of existing transactions, including historical financial analysis, cash flow modelling and projections, industry analysis and assessments and review of internal and external ratings. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate and work with company management teams, rating agencies, sell-side and fellow buy-side analysts to develop investment perspectives.
